We use Royal Mail and various courier services to deliver your goods, however if due to force majeure, strikes, industrial action, terrorism threats, civil unrest, disruptions, adverse weather, fire, flooding, bombing or natural disasters, your order is lost or delayed, we will endeavour to resolve things with the Delivery company or courier used with your assistance and send out a replacement order to you if necessary.

Your order and details will then be passed onto our chosen delivery company for prompt delivery to you.
