Delivery and Returns

After you have placed your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number when your order has been despatched. Orders are despatched once a day from Monday to Friday, excluding Weekends and UK Bank holidays. Preparation of your order is between 1-3 days, followed by delivery times varying between 3-7 days (however, there may be delays in busier periods of the year). If it has been more than 7 days since your order was despatched, please feel free to contact us so that we can investigate things further with the delivery source.

Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have entered the correct delivery address, email and contact number when placing their order. It may not be possible to make changes afterwards.

Delivery Charge is standard at £4.99 and all orders over £75 have complimentary FREE delivery. Either Royal Mail or a Courier will deliver your order.

We take every care to make sure your order is prepared and packaged well, however, if when it arrives, you have any queries or concerns with your order, please email hairtodayandhairtomorrow@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving your purchase so that we can assist you.

If your delivery has been missed after several failed delivery attempts and opportunities to collect your package from your local delivery office. This will result in your order being returned to us due to being 'undeliverable', you will be issued a full refund minus the shipping/delivery cost. If you choose to have the package reshipped, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping/delivery charge again.

All items are non refundable due to the natural nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, so please make your selections carefully before placing your order.

We are currently only shipping to the United Kingdom and will be offering International Shipping in the near future .
